 RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

•400 degrees/ 60 seconds 

HOW TO SUBLIMATE A JOURNAL

•1st- bring image into designing software, mirror the image, then print the image on sublimation paper.

•2nd- tape the sublimation paper to the journal with heat resistant tape nice and secure.

•3rd-  lay butcher paper on the bottom of your heat press, lay the substrate down on top of the butcher paper, cover with butcher paper. Close the heat press down. (Temps and time above)

•4th- remove from heat press, remove the sublimation paper, post your custom journal for sale and get them coins!
