The speakers are tested from the manufactures as well as they are tested by us to make sure they power on, connect and provide sound. Things may happen during the shipping process and you have a maximum of 72 hours to notify us of any issues. Again...no claims will be honored AFTER the 72 hour period of the packages being marked as delivered. The Buyer bares full responsibly after this time period.
