All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Pick up and local delivery is offered Monday-Thursday at a scheduled time.
If order is not picked up or delivery arrangement isn't confirmed within 3 days after fulfillment, consumer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.
