Recommended Instructions on a commercial grade heat press:

1) Use a lint roller to remove all small particles
2) Pre Press for 5 Seconds (Insure there are NO creases left on the panel, repeat this step if need)
3) Medium Pressure
3) Press at 385 degrees for 55-60 Seconds

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Local Pick up & delivery

Pick up and local delivery is offered Monday-Thursday at a scheduled time.
If order is not picked up or delivery arrangement isn't confirmed within 3 days after fulfillment, consumer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and your order will be cancelled.
